Our class schedule is designed so that students train
with other students of the same age and skill level. We also offer mixed
rank classes allowing students of all ranks to train together.
Lil’ Dragon’s Program
Specially designed classes for children 4 to 6 years old!
Emphasis placed on agility, attention span, coordination, muscle
development and basic martial arts skills.
Children’s Program
Stimulating classes for children 7 & up focusing on self-development and
discipline. Emphasis placed on strength& conditioning along with martial
arts skills, conflict resolution and self-esteem!
Our program helps children learn...
* The importance of Patience, Respect, Self-Control & Hand/ Eye
Coordination.
* Effective self-defense skills and traditional empty hand Kata.
* How to deal with peer pressure, build confidence and develop
leadership skills.
Adult Program
Our classes for men, women and young adults offer a great workout!
Students are taught how to improve themselves while helping others at
the same time. We foster a true team oriented environment. Students
learn effective self-defense skills in all areas of our curriculum,
while improving overall physical fitness and mental awareness.
Special Programs SWAT
(Special Winning Attitude Team)
The SWAT Program is open to any student who consistently demonstrates an
excellent attitude along with solid Martial Art skills. Team members are
trained to be effective instructors and leaders in their community!

Muay Thai Kick Boxing Program
Specially designed program for adults focusing on cardiovascular
conditioning and body toning while learning Muay Thai Kick Boxing
techniques. Excellent program for both beginner and advanced students.
