USA KARATE focuses not only on self-defense techniques, but also on the nature of conflicts and how we can avoid or resolve them peacefully. Our Black Belt Instructors are equipped with the very best knowledge and continue to train, updating both their teaching and Martial Art skills. The instructors have a sincere interest in their student’s progress and are devoted to helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through Martial Arts Training. The programs offered are among the most flexible available with a specially designed Lil’ Dragons Program for the younger students.

USA KARATE is a growing organization of nationally recognized, award winning Black Belt schools and instructors who are acknowledged by industry leaders as some of the finest in the country. Currently there are 9 Schools in the USA Karate organization throughout New England, with Rehoboth and Jaffrey, NH being the newest additions. Class schedules are flexible, and designed so that students train with other students of the same age and skill level. We also offer mixed rank classes allowing students of all ranks to train together.

Shihan Larry Sullivan, 10th Degree Black Belt, is the founder and Grand Master of Sullivan’s American Kenpo and the USA Karate Organization.  He has been a practitioner of the Martial Arts for over 30 years and is a well known, well respected and sought after instructor.  Shihan Larry is considered by many to be the area’s leading authority on the Martial Arts of Kenpo/ Jui-Jitsu/ Karate and Shaolin Kempo Karate.

Shihan John Agostini is the Chief Instructor at the Rehoboth School and has been training in the Martial Arts of Shaolin Kenpo Karate and Sullivan’s American Kenpo for 14 years.  Shihan John continues to train under the guidance of Grand Master Shihan Larry Sullivan and has been entrusted by Shihan Larry to continue the tradition of excellence here in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.  He has earned the Black Belt Rank of Godan, 5th Degree. Shihan John and his wife Kim (the school’s Program Director), can be found at the Dojo Monday through Friday from 5:15 PM to 8:15 PM, and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Walk ins are welcome!
